It definitely sounds like exercise hives, which he says is actually not quite the same as cholinergic hives, though that's still a possibility. (Basically, if I break out from heat while sitting still, it's the latter. I'd have to go hang out in a sauna or something to test, and at this point, it doesn't really matter, treatment-wise.) I also apparently show some indication of dermagraphia -- it wasn't a definite indication, but I took a claritin this morning, which would suppress that, too. He said I should skip the antihistamine and try the test, see if I get a more definite reaction. Anyway, he gave me a Zyrtec scrip and a bunch of samples, and we'll see if that helps. If it doesn't, there's a few other drugs we can try.
My closet is still broken. I'm calling the landlord again Monday morning; this needs to be fixed before Mom arrives Thursday, so I can get the bedroom habitable. Plus, that's a good bit of my storage capacity, and not having access to it makes cleaning the rest of the house difficult, too. It's cleaner than usual, though.
We're 3 weeks out from Conjecture, and have more than 200 members registered -- and I haven't entered all the dealers or a few others that came in today!
2 weeks out from the Pirate Faire and my birthday. I think I shall have to get a three cornered hat -- it is my powers of 3 birthday. (27 on 27/09/03!) Or perhaps not. We'll see.
