Getting the oil change done only took an hour, and they didn't come up with any extra belts or filters or anything needing replacement. Since the last two times I was in I'd been there for 5-6 hours, they'd given me a card for a free oil change. So I had a total bill of $0 today, and time to spare before yoga.

Latest on the SPAWAR job: The guys I interviewed with (from the prime contractor) think I'm a good candidate but they're still trying to get permission from their management to go outside their organization to fill the position. They're supposed to take the rest of this week to try to fill it internally, and if/when that fails I'll probably get an offer.
