Lightspan just called and offered me a job. Starting WEDNESDAY. Same salary as DSI, but better benefits.
(3 weeks vacation!) Now I just have to let DSI know I've accepted this.
Why did I decide so fast? Well, one is the benefits. Two is the pace at which the company moves -- DSI has taken 2 months, and I still don't have an actual offer letter. Lightspan took less than a week, Three, call it gut instinct -- I think I'll fit in a little better at Lightspan.
