Tell me something entertaining.

1) Google "mall ninja"

2) Found a blog that just absolutely skewered "Cosmo" magazine and its so called advice

3) We are much closer to war with Iran than one would think. Not entertaining but topical as you are in San Diego.

4) They can have my Intarwebs when they pry it from my cold dead fingers. :). I am presently standing outdoors in 100' heat in "awful" air quality wearing 20lb of gear. I have shade and a blackberry.

1) I've seen that, yes
2) Share with the class -- link?
3) Meh.
4) Yay shade.

1) Scary. I meet and sometimes train people like that. (And am not scared to kick them out of class and/or flunk them as necessary.)

2)

I get bonus time with [livejournal.com profile] firestrike tonight, when I wasn't expecting to see him again until I stop at his place on my way to the playa next month. *bounce*

Yes!

Figured out how to make a BB paste to a form field:

That is perhaps more entertaining for y'all than for me, but enjoy :)

That should help with the issue in the Other Post.

Dinner with the usual fannish suspects, then karaoke, so I think we will.

Something that will actually entertain you. Hm.

I just watched The Evolution of Dance again this morning before I came to work; that one usually makes me smile, anyway. I seem to be on an "unexpected dancing" kick, actually, having linked to Where The Hell Is Matt last night, and the Weapon of Choice video last week.

The other night I managed to get Fixodent in my shorts.

Now that's the sort of thing I was looking for. Made me laugh out loud, literally.

More to do with the comic gold that answers the questions "what happens to all the pink goop once you take your dentures out?"

Short answer? It doesn't cling to your plates waiting happily to be cleaned off. (Have I mentioned how much fun brushing your teeth is outside your head?) No, it becomes one with your gums and upper palette. Since it is the same freaking color as your gums, and has the consistency of buggle gum, the only way to get it out is to peel.

I guess i must have missed some when I washed my hands, then I used the can...

This is almost certainly not the sort of thing that you were looking for, but it will be interesting and probably somewhat entertaining... I'll post it (it has to be friends-locked for parental reasons) right now.

My teenager was just briefly excited while passing through my office: "Why are you emailing about a Wii?"
Um, no, hon, mom's emailing Wil Wheaton...

See, I think the reality is more exciting than the mistake. But I am of an age that he was one of my first TV crushes, when I was a wee little geeklette. Neil Patrick Harris as Doogie Howser, too.

I think Wil is more entertaining than a Wii as well, but then again, I am old and not an electronic gaming native... :)

Well, they're both entertaining in different ways. I'm not a big electronic gamer myself, but I've had fun when I had a chance to play with other people's Wiis. It has a lot more easy-to-learn games that are still fun than I've seen on the other platforms.
