May. 28th, 2002 01:48 amMy presets appear to have gotten messed up -- when I tried to get my usual LA station, I got a very different station indeed -- and I couldn't remember the frequency for the station to re-locate it. But the website is up, and the frequency there is not what the preset had, so I must have accidentally reset my preset. This is fixable.
My local radio station appears to be under new management. The website looks better, but seems to be making Opera freeze. The appear to have kept all the DJs, they say they're still local and independent. and they seem to be keeping the unique programing like Music Without Boundaries, so this might be OK. It was pretty freaky to hear the new station ID unexpectedly, though!
Update: The freeze was not actually caused by the new site, but by another process, which was chewing far more CPU than it had any right to.
