Jul. 3rd, 2002 12:43 pmSo I went to yoga last night, since I'll be in LA Saturday when I usually go. The usual instructor, J, is out of tow, and K was substituting. K is a much less experienced instructor than J. This was only the second time I'd been to a class where she was the main instructor, and it will likely be the last. She doesn't do nearly as much adjustment and assisting as the other, more experienced instructors, and as a result, when I woke up this morning, I only had half my usual range of motion when turning my head to the left. Some time with a heat pack has help; I still have some pain but I have most of the range back now. And next time K's subbing, unless one of the good instructors is assisting, I'm finding another class.
