nollysometimes after I wake up, it takes a while for my brain to sort out dreams from pre-sleep memories. On a side note, this is part of why I usually wake up slowly and can react oddly for the first hour or so. For instance, I woke up from a nap almost 30 minutes ago, and just realized
that the lovely purple plush octopus toy was just a dream.
