continued productivity

I got all the t-shirts, jeans, and shorts put away, and organized some of the other stuff in the small closet. I still need to organize the rest of the bags/luggage, unpack, hang clothes, organize shoes, and deal with miscellaneous stuff. Which includes a lot of books that need shelving, which are getting in the way of the rest. The reason they haven't been shelved is that my shelves are overflowing -- not the unread shelves so much as the read shelves. So I hied me down to Ikea and returned with Billy. Assembled, then spent some time debating positioning -- the extension conflicted with the curtain rod in the location I'd originally intended to use. I eventually found a place that didn't render anything else unusable and transferred the anthologies to the new bookcase -- not that I planned it to be anthology only, it just worked out that way.

Possibly later tonight, but probably tomorrow afternoon, I'll shuffle and shelve books. And maybe do something about the lighting in here.
