more good news/bad news

Good news:

• Because the customer wants me on site rather than at the subcontractors's office, we're now talking my salary from 2 years ago rather than 4. It's still about a $7K cut from my final salary at Gateway, and about $10K under what I've been listing as a minimum. (And that number has generally been well received; even on this, the subcontractor, who would be my actual employer, thinks it's a very reasonable amount.)
  
• 3 weeks PTO plus 11 holidays plus 2 floating holidays
  
• 9/80 schedule; if the off Fridays hit con weekends, it'd save me some PTO
  

Bad news:

• "Some people come in pretty late, like 7:30 AM..."
  
• Lots of paperwork and process
  

We'll see if they make an offer -- and if anyone else does.
