nollyYesterday, I saw a condo I liked.
It needs some work -- paint carpet, that sort of thing -- but it's lovely. It has window seats. It has character. And so I made an offer.
And they accepted.
I signed the papers tonight.
It's mine, barring problems in escrow, failed inspection, all that sort of thing that could go wrong.
But probably won't.
