Jun. 8th, 2005 11:39 pmdone yesterday: took out the trash, scrubbed the upstairs litterbox, some unpacking
done tonight: more unpacking, move off-season/seldom worn clothing to storage (spare room), errands[1]
to do, soon: finish unpacking, dishes, put away laundry, do more laundry, vacuum, pull weeds, fix gate /stucco[2]
to do, eventually: hang curtain in bedroom, sew curtain for kitchen?
[1] Walmart has some bras on special for $2.50. I picked one up last week, and found it surprisingly comfy, so I picked up a bunch more tonight. I also realized that what stops me from vacuuming more often is the annoyance of dealing with the cord, do when I saw a cordless upright for <$30, I decided to add it to my collection. And they had the best price I've seen in small lidded trashcans, the metal step-lid sort, so I grabbed one of those for the upstairs bathroom, too. Somehow, I always leave with more than I intended to buy when I went in...
[2] Got a note from the HOA saying "fix this or be fined". I've no idea how to fix it, however. Basically, this gate thing was badly hung, or just has been there too long, and the stucco is cracked where it's attached to the wall. Anyone, especially local, know anything about this sort of thing?
