Spoke to the home warranty company again, and now I'm all confused -- apparently, they still don't actually know what the problem is, and if it's a foreign object -- and no one can think of another explanation -- they won't cover, but if it is something else going on, they will, and the guy from yesterday hasn't turned in his final report yet...meh. I'm going to see if anyone at church tonight can recommend a plumber (or is one!) and probably just deal with this on my own, unless the warranty comes though with something quickly.
