Dec. 20th, 2007 08:32 amI'm planning to make mistake cookies[1] to take for Christmas. I may end up making two batches. Any ideas on what to do with a leftover egg yolk or two? I hate to just toss them.
[1]I Thought I'd posted this before, but I can't find it now. They're tasty, gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free.
Mistake Cookies
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg white
1 cup chopped pecans
Beat egg white well. Add brown sugar and nuts. Drop onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 300? for 30 minutes, or until crusty.
