I've run into folks who needed the see-n-say version of the manual.
Then there the time we (a Air Force Electronics Repair Lab) recieved the US Army version of the tech manual for a item of equipment.
Where our manual had diagrams, wiring guides and lots and lots of explaintory text, the Army manual was strictly cookbook how-to and had cartoons.
