We are all complex chemical reactions. Food provides energy to operate. Chemical reactions to store it. Chemical reactions to use it. Brain function is also complex chemical reactions. Food affect brain functions. Food changes brain chemistry. Drugs change brain chemistry. Listening changes brain chemistry. Seeing, smelling, tasting, sleeping change brain chemistry. Sleep is obsolete.
