you only needed to use the same kitchen -- and then being a sub-optimal roommate
wouldn't be such a dealbreaker (unless you're someone that nobody in their right mind
would want to share a kitchen with?).

Date: 2003-04-23 03:15 pm (UTC)It's likely that no one would want to share a kitchen with me, but I don't use the kitchen much anyway, and I'm getting better about compensating for my weaknesses there. And if that's an actual useful dishwasher, rather than one where you have to rinse the dishes so thoroughly you might as well just wash them, then it's all good. But finding someone who'd like to split it is tricky.
This is the sort of house-lust that's all the more painful, because it's almost reasonable, as opposed to the La Jolla mansions and such.
