In the middle of May, I will be spending three nights in the turret room here. Just me and some books and a clawfoot tub and nice big windows in a tower room. The kind of room I've always dreamed of. (Well, I suspect it's smaller than my ideal, but it should be a wonderfully relaxing vacation. One I need badly, as I've been on the go constantly for months.

In related news, I will not be going to the Toronto cons this year. I need me time more than I need to jump through the hoops that trip would require.

Sounds like fun. And you'll even get a nice bit of recharge before the con starts. Wish my work schedule allowed me anything similar.
