Sugar-free candy?

What's the best/tastiest variety that will mail reasonably well? My dad's birthday is coming up, and he's Type I diabetic.

The chocolate bars from Chuao will probably mail ok. They're maltitol-sweetened, though, so if he has a sensitivity to maltitol, go with some other option.

Alas, they currently only have three flavors, and Mom and I are confident he wouldn't like the coffee/anise, pretty sure he wouldn't like the Earl Grey (he isn't fond of the tea), and not sure how he'd feel about the Spicy Maya. Godiva won, this time.
