Sugar-free candy?

What's the best/tastiest variety that will mail reasonably well? My dad's birthday is coming up, and he's Type I diabetic.

For a birthday present, specialty is great, as long as I can either order online and have it shipped or buy it in San Diego and mail it. I'll keep the Russell Stover in mind, but I was hoping for something a little less common. (I'll probably be getting at least one of the Chuao bars caprine mentioned, for instance, because that's a local chocolatier who I know makes very good chocolates.)
